We are looking for Junior PA to join a boutique finance firm based in Mayfair and support some of their investment team.

Attitude is everything in the company – muck-in, non-precious, real team-player, willingness to learn and develop your support experience in a professional environment. The ideal candidate will have had some exposure to team admin and high end customer service and who is now ready to take a step up and grow your role.

Your role will include; calendar management, client meeting scheduling, booking travel, responding to client emails, calls and queries in an efficient and professional manner, filing and expenses as well as portfolio administration.

Hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm. Benefits include competitive annual bonus, 25 days holiday, private health & dental, pension & life insurance.
